The New Time Lord's and Time Ladies

A race of cloned Time Lord's and Time Ladies from Gallifrey and all of the Doctor's human companions across the years. They have all of the looks of the people these new Time Lord's and Time Ladies and the Doctor's companions DNA they are made from. They have a 7 regeneration count limit which means 8 incarnations with the ability to request a whole new regeneration cycle or a singular regeneration. They live on a Earth and Gallifrey together looking planet called Coualitrey. Their home planet of the new Time Lord's and Time Ladies is in the Space next to where Gallifrey was and the moon of Karn. The Jareicer is a proud graduate of Meidastourey academy where he took the title of The Jareicer and a promise to never be frightful and to never surrender and to always have optimism in the face of uncertainty. He took a TARDIS type 486 to masaline in the 50th century for fifty years after the societies founding. He stayed for a few years and got to really love the people on this planet, and that they will need some protecting. He had his TARDIS stuck in the disguise of a wardrobe closet. He has the look of the fifth Doctor and Peri Brown with some of Sarah Jane Smith and the fourth Doctor with some features of the 4 people's he's made from. His height is five foot eight inches tall and he is dressed in a gray short sleeve shirt, a blue short sleeve jacket, light brown jeans, and yellow converse all stars. He has a sonic key that he made from a Stazer, a pen light, a laser pointer, a cellphone, and a wrist watch. He saves masaline from all kinds of threats and the universe at large and Time.  A clone of the tenth Doctor and Captain Jack Harkness and Rose Tyler made by Rassilon and the sisterhood of Karn with all three people in a mixed look of all three together as a new Time Lord. The new Time Lord took the title of The Quarterback and a promise that matched his constitution. They dropped him off on Earth on the western continent of America in the 2014 where he got a good since of this part of the world. He automatically has the knowledge of all three of people whose DNA he's made from, noticed that this part of the world needs protection from all of the things he knows about. He found out exactly which state he is located in Tennessee in the Smokey Mountains. He made a sonic screwdriver out of ravoc pen lights, Energizer pen lights, a cellphone circuit, a calculator circuit, and a swatch battery. He eventually bought a cabin then found TARDIS parts that were lost from different TARDISES and the circuitry, building them into the cabin over the course of eight years and then built a console to pilot his self made TARDIS and painted it blue. He when investigating strange events and occurrences uses the name alias Justin Tyler. Javecan is the son of Rassilon and Tecteun after finding her adopted daughter and after the experiments on her and cracking the code for regeneration, then tested it on herself and regenerating for her first time now him. Rassilon when he regenerated for the first time regenerated into a her. Tecteun now a man and Rassilon now a woman explored their new selves. And fell in love with each other. They have after a month given birth to a baby boy and named him Javecan. They raised Javecan and he grew up with a half sister who works for division.  The Judger is the daughter of The Doctor and The Rani during the time war that saves the planet Nirn on a near daily basis from all kinds of threats Alien or from Nirn. She has a Sonic gavle and wears red leather clothes with steel Gallifreyan symbols on it. Her TARDIS is stuck in the disguise of a cottage. She has light brown curly hair, green eyes, five foot eight inches tall, and has a positive attitude and a confident leading personality.
